Gluco Control

Dr. Jenson's formula-X Gluco Control contains essential amino acids, trace elements and vitamins, that are directly or indirectly necessary for your body´s regulation of insulin levels, blood sugar and vasodilation.

• L-Arginin (500 mg) is an amino acid that provides the molecule "NO". There is no other source for NO in our body, so L-Arginine is very important. NO is essential for the regulation and flexibility of our cardiovascular system.  L-Arginine is also central within the insuline metabolism and therefore part of our body´s regulation of blood sugar levels.
• L-Carnitin (400 mg) transports fatty acids to the inside of our cells, where they are being transformed into energy. L-Carnitins is also part of the blood sugar metabolism. An increasing number of stdies underlines the importance of L-Carnitine and energy levels. We only use superior L-Carnitine qualities from Carnipure®  (Lonza, Switzerland).
• Zinc (12 mg) is probably the most important trace element. When your blood sugar leve is high, more zinc will be used and lost. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of a healthy immune system, contributes to a healthy blood sugar level and metabolism of fat.
• Chromium is part of our metabolism of carbohydrates and sugar. Insuline receptors are built with the help of chromium.  A sufficient amount of chromium is therefore especially important for our internal energy and blood sugar management.
